The Daily Meals Allergen Chart is an essential resource for any childcare provider and makes logging meals and allergens easy.
We have created this Daily Meals Allergen Chart booklet to help you keep a record of the allergens in the food that you prepare in your setting.
The introduction of allergen rules in December 2014 means it is a legal requirement for any business that provides food and drinks to provide information about the allergenic ingredients used in the food and drink they serve. Settings now need to identify the main 14 allergens in all meals and snacks provided.
This booklet is designed to be flexible, whether you just provide snacks or a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, you can record the allergens contained in all your recipes and ingredients to ensure children are kept safe.
